Yes. During the launch offer everything is free: unlimited tours and no watermark. There are no in-app purchases while the offer runs. After it, there will still be a free plan with 1 live tour that is never taken down.
Use the phone you already have. RoomTour is free to start and needs no 360 camera or tripod. If you shoot many tours a day, a 360 camera with Kuula (from $20/month billed yearly) is faster. Matterport has a limited free plan; paid plans start at $108/month ($90/month billed yearly).

Not for the 360° tour: any iPhone on iOS 15.1 or later works. The app guides you through about 30 photos per room and stitches them into a 360° panorama. The approximate floor plan and 3D model need an iPhone with LiDAR (the Pro models).
Coming soon: the Android app is on its way. For now capture is iPhone-only, and tours open on any phone or computer, with nothing to install.
