Who we are

RoomTour is a service provided by Aniol Comas (email: hola@roomtourapp.com). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms.

The service

RoomTour lets you capture a property with your iPhone and publish a 360° virtual tour with an approximate floor plan at a link you can share or embed on other websites. Measurements and floor plans are approximate (typically within 10–20 cm) and are no substitute for a technical survey or the property’s official documents.

Your account and your content

Contacts from interested people

If your tour has the “Contact” button, the details interested people leave are sent to you. You are responsible for using them only to reply about the property and for complying with data protection law; RoomTour stores them on your behalf and deletes them when you delete them, delete the tour or delete your account.

Plans and payments

There is a free plan with limits and paid plans through an App Store subscription. Apple charges for and manages renewal and cancellation under its own terms. The app shows what each plan includes before you buy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use RoomTour for illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes other people’s rights, or to try to harm or overload the service. We may remove tours or suspend accounts that break these terms.

AI features

Room names and listing copy generated with AI are suggestions: review them before you publish. You’re responsible for the final wording of your listings.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and free of errors, but we can’t guarantee it at all times. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of approximate measurements. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Closing your account

You can delete your account from the app whenever you like. When you do, your tours are deleted and their links stop working.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
