How do I capture a good tour?

Turn on every light and open the blinds; avoid shooting straight into bright windows.
Stand in the middle of each room and follow the on-screen guide, turning on the spot without walking, until the sphere is complete.
Hold the iPhone at chest height and move it slowly.
Move to the next room and repeat. When you finish, the app uploads the photos and builds the tour; you’ll have the link within a few minutes.

The floor plan is approximate (usually within 10–20 cm) and is no substitute for a professional survey.

How do I add the tour to a property portal?

Copy the tour link from the app (it looks like …/t/tour-name) and paste it into the “virtual tour” or “multimedia link” field of your listing, or into the matching field in your CRM, which will pass it on to the portals.

Some portals only show tours from approved providers. We’re applying for that approval; in the meantime, you can put the link in the listing description.

How do I embed it on my website?

Use the embed address, which looks like …/embed/tour-name, inside an <iframe>. We recommend this code (swap in your tour’s address):

On phones, the tour shows one button to look around by moving the phone and another to open it full screen.

Can I put a QR poster in the shop window?

Yes. Open the tour address with /t/ changed to /p/ (or use the poster option in the app) and print the page on A4. Scanning the QR code opens the tour.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings (Ajustes) → Delete account (Eliminar cuenta). This deletes your account, your tours and your photos, and published links stop working. If you have a subscription, cancel it as well in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, because Apple manages it. If you can’t get into the app, email us from your account’s address.

How do I cancel or restore a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on another iPhone, use “Restore purchases” (Restaurar compras) in the app.
