Owner report
Show the owner how many people are looking at their home.
RoomTour counts every time someone opens the tour, without cookies. With one link, the owner sees views per day, the last week and the contacts that came in. It updates itself.
The problem
The owner wants to know if the listing is working, and asks you every week.
The usual fix
Screenshot the portal's statistics and send them over WhatsApp, one at a time.
With RoomTour
You send one link, once. Every time they open it they see that day's numbers, with nothing more for you to do.
How it works, in three steps.
-
1 · Views get counted
Every time someone opens the published tour, it counts as a view, whether they come through the link, the poster's QR code or a website where it's embedded. No cookies, and nothing stored about the viewer.
-
2 · You copy the link
In the web dashboard, on the tour's page, tap "Copy report link" and send it to the owner on WhatsApp or by email. The link carries a secret key, so only people who have it can open it.
-
3 · The owner opens it
They see the photo of the home, total views, the last 7 days, the contacts and a 30-day chart, with a button to open the tour. It's the same link every week.
What you get
Always current
The report is never cached. Every time it opens, it shows the numbers as they are right then.
Views per day
One bar for each of the last 30 days, plus the date of the latest view.
Week on week
Views over the last 7 days, and how many more or fewer than the week before.
Contacts, no personal data
It shows how many messages came in through the lead form, never who sent them.
Spanish or English
It opens in the tour's language, with a link at the bottom to switch to the other one.
From the iPhone app Coming soon
The week's views on the tour's page and a button to send the report to the owner.
What you need

Questions about the report
Do my own views count?
If you open the public tour link, yes, like anyone else's. Looking at the tour inside the RoomTour app doesn't add views. Known bots don't count either.
Is someone who comes back three times three views?
Yes. Every time the tour is opened, that's a view. Telling people apart would take a cookie or storing their IP, and we do neither.
Can anyone see it?
Only people with the link, because it carries a secret key. Search engines are also asked not to index it. The report shows numbers only, nothing about the people who view the tour.
Does it count views from property portals?
It counts every time the tour is opened, wherever that happens, including portals or websites where you embedded it. It doesn't say which site each view came from.
Do I have to send it every week?
No. It's a fixed link that updates itself. Send it once and the owner opens it whenever they like.
How much does it cost?
The owner report is part of the paid plans. While the launch offer runs, it's free. It's all on the pricing page.
