Lead form
People who like the place send you their number from inside the tour.
Every published tour has a "Contact" button. The buyer types a name, a phone number or email and a message. It shows up in your dashboard as soon as they hit send.
The problem
Someone falls for the flat at 11 pm. To reach you they have to leave the tour, find the listing again and dig out your number.
The usual fix
Put your phone number in the listing text and wait for a call, or pay for a separate form tool.
With RoomTour
The button sits inside the tour. Each contact lands on that tour's page in your dashboard, and you call or reply with one tap.
How it works, from tour to phone call.
-
1 · They tap "Contact"
The button is in the tour's toolbar, on the link you share and on the page the window poster's QR code opens. It follows the visitor's browser language (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese).
-
2 · They leave their details
A name, a phone number or an email (one is enough) and a message that comes pre-written and can be changed. If something is missing, the form says so before sending.
-
3 · You see it in the dashboard
Open the web dashboard and go to the tour. Its contacts are listed with the date. Tap the number to call or the email to reply, and delete the ones you're done with.
What you get
They stay in the tour
The form opens on top of the tour. When they close it, they're back where they were.
Phone or email
It asks for at least one and checks the format before sending, so you don't end up with a number you can't call.
Only on your link
It appears on the tour link (/t/…) and the poster's QR code. In portal mode (/embed/…), the version you embed in portals and agency sites, it doesn't.
Spam filter
A hidden field only bots fill in, submissions accepted only from the tour page, and a cap of 50 messages per tour per day.
No cookies, no IP
The form stores nothing in the visitor's browser. We don't keep their IP address or browser details either.
Contacts in the iPhone app Coming soon
Your contacts in the app too, with buttons to call, open WhatsApp or send an email.

Questions about the lead form
Do I get notified when a contact comes in?
Not yet. There's no email or push notification. Contacts appear in the web dashboard as soon as they arrive, and if you have it open you see them straight away.
Does it show on property portals?
It shows whenever someone opens the tour link, the one you paste into a listing or send on WhatsApp. If you embed the tour with the embed code (/embed/…), it doesn't. That mode is meant for portals and agency sites and comes without our logo or the form.
Who can see the buyer's details?
Only you, signed in to your account. We store them on your behalf and we don't keep their IP. They're deleted when you delete the contact, the tour or your account.
What about spam?
Bots that fill in the hidden field get a fake "sent" and their message isn't saved. On top of that, each tour accepts up to 50 messages a day. After that, the form asks visitors to try again tomorrow.
What happens if I go back to the free plan?
The button disappears from the tour and no new messages come in. Contacts you already have aren't deleted, but the dashboard only shows them on a paid plan.
How much does it cost?
The lead form is part of the paid plans. While the launch offer runs, it's free. It's all on the pricing page.
